The terms, in plain words
You decide once, knowing all of it.
- Price
- $299 a month from day one. No introductory or founding discount, no setup fee, no automatic price increase, no minimum term, and no surprise usage charge.
- Guarantee
- If Delegra cannot complete and verify your first approved workflow within 30 days of getting the access and decisions it needs, you get a full refund. If a technical incompatibility stops it from starting at all, the subscription is canceled and refunded automatically.
- Canceling
- Cancel any time. Stop the automations at once and keep read-only access through the period you paid for, or let them keep running to the end of that period. Export your records and revoke every connection immediately. Your data is kept 30 days in case you come back, unless you ask for it to be deleted sooner.
- Failed payment
- You are told at once, with a direct way to fix it. After a seven-day grace period, writes to your tools pause. Read-only access and export stay open for 30 days.
- Support
- Every problem gets an automatic diagnosis and a receipt right away. A person aims to reply within two business days. There is no uptime guarantee in the contract.
- Setup
- Self-service. You sign in on the web and connect your tools yourself. Delegra does not do the setup for you.
